About me
My journey with mental health started in college. While playing soccer, I never considered what would happen after I graduated. I thought about continuing my soccer career after college, but I wanted to “get into the real world”. What I did not expect, was the lost feeling I soon began to navigate. My relationship with exercise, food, my body, and my community drastically shifted. I was not prepared.
As I explored this transition, I began to recognize it in daily life. Through job changes, moving away from home, divorce, retirement, change shows up. Expected or unexpected, transitions can be disruptive.
When you work with me, you can expect to collaboratively explore your concerns, identify strengths, and develop strategies for positive change.
